iTunes Wont Work At ALL!

iTunes Wont Work At All! I have Tried Running It Through Compatibility Mode A Million Times Starting From The Installer To The Legit Program Itself. I Have A Dell Inspiron 1525 1.86 Dual Core, 2GBs DDR2 RAM, Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Display With Whatever Driver Update MICROSOFT Put Forward So I Am Assuming That It is Not From My Manufacturer. HOW DO I GET IT TO WORK!?

Someone Please Help!
