Default Focus bug when renaming a folder in explorer with "Show all folders" selected

Here's exactly what I do.

I open a new windows explorer windows.

In the left pane, I right click and select "Show all folders."

I browse to a folder in the left pane. I right-click it (in the tree view in the left pane), and click Rename.

When I start typing a new name, or when I move the mouse cursor, all sorts of weird things happen with the input box.

Happens EVERY time, when I do all the steps above. If I uncheck "show all folders", it works as expected (but I want to see all folders...)
