I can't get the new Windows 7 boot animation to work. please help.

I installed Windows 7 RC (x64)*on my tablet PC about a week and for some reason i cannot get the new boot animation to work. does anyone know how to fix this? because when i use Windows 7 as a virtual machine the new boot animation shows up, but if i install Windows 7 on my computer normally, it does not. please help.
