Disk doesnt exsist

I'm trying to remove a local hard disk, that is listed in my exploerer as Q:
This disk does not exsist,
it does not show up anywhere else, not in device manager, no where.
and yet it still shows in my explorer, and ofcourse it's unaccessible.

I have no idea how it got there, but I need it gone.
the last thing I did with any drive related changes was to add a network drive connected to windows skydrive.
However, even with that drive removed and a reboot..
the Q: is still there.

OS is Win7 Pro 64bit
