Default Need references to "DOS window" (command.com) commands

I am looking for tutorials on current Windows 7 (W7) DOS window commands. Most pressing is my need to get a list of these. Years ago, typing "help help" or "help/?" would list these, but this Help command doesn't work on my W7 system. Any references to books, journals, websites, or webpages on W7 DOS commands would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
RetiredEngineer

I can get a list by opening a CMD prompt, and typing HELP
