Win7Tech is on a distinguished road
Default Reinstalled W7 about 15 times, please help! \Boot\BCD 0xc00000e9 unexpected I/O error

I did a clean install of W7 (Not RC, Final) and it worked perfectly the rest of the night. The next day when I turned it on it worked well, and had resource heavy programs running all day (was trying to recover lost photos). Then the next day, after restarting the laptop, it started hanging at the "Loading Windows screen". Nothing happened. I tried loading from the disc, and it wouldn't load passed the "Loading" screen.

I then Formatted again (using Super F Disk)
And reinstalled.
It then took me about 12 hours to finally get it to install and load up again!
It would install, but stop and mess up after it automatically restarted.

Finally, after testing the HDD (Using Super F Disk) and installing it again (for about the 15th time that day) it worked! I stayed up all night updating it. I went through about 3 rounds of updates and restarting, then shut it off.
Then the next morning (this morning) turned it on and it says...

"Windows has encountered a problem with a device connected to your computer"
File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0xc00000e9
Info:An unexpected I/O error has occurred

**UPDATE**
I just put in my disc and loaded it up and after it loads it just shows a black screen with the cursor. Just a black screen. Damn.
It allows me to hit ENTER (Continue) or ESC (exit)
They both restart the laptop and bring me back to the same depressing view.

The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 1525
320GB HDD
4GB Ram

Please help, my girlfriend is blaming me for breaking her computer.

**UPDATE**
Alright I'm posting up my ideas hoping that someone will help me as I encounter them... I/O is power... and theres a problem with my device... so a device attached to the laptop has had their power interrupted somehow? Am I going about this properly? Please, any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!
