Hi
we have the fax service set up on our 2008 server which routes faxes via email on our exchange server. It has started to become unreliable with faxes often failing to be delivered. A quick web search seems to point to a known bug and a knowledge base article no 973640 but when I download the hotfix for this it says it isnt suitable for our server (64 bit win 2008). Does anyone know of a hotfix location suitable for the 64 bit server version. The knowledge base article seems to infer the bug is present in all versions. Thanks Roger. |

As soon as I tried the same link with IE it came up with the 64 bit one and I was able to install it. I wouldnt have realised this if I hadnt clicked on your link on my laptop first so thanks for pointing me in the right direction! |
