    Remove all feeds from IE
    Open IE, Click on Favorites/Feeds
    - select by rt click, scroll and click Delete, repeat until all Feeds are deleted

To receive a feed, one has to subscribe to a feed.

To receive any feed, you must subscribe to it in the first place.

I am not aware of any one-step way to stop receiving multiple RSS
feeds. AFAIK, you must unsubscribe from each feed individually.

To unsubscribe from a feed in WLMail, open the Feeds page and
click on 'Manage Feeds'. Then, delete the feeds one by one. The
feed management menu also provides an option to unsubscribe the
    selected feed from Internet Explorer.

It appeared to me that WLMail had some default MS feeds already subscribed. I might be
wrong about that, but they seem to be there upon every reinstall of WLMail if I recall,
even when I had not knowingly subscribed to any, or at least not to those particular
feeds. I'll make sure I delete all feeds next reinstall of WLMail and then see if they
    show up.

I think you will find that if you have previously used your web
browser to subscribe to any feeds, subsequent installation of
WLMail will include the same subscriptions.

And if you use WLMail to delete a subscription, it also offers an
option to delete it from Internet Explorer.
