Default 800CCC0F error code with Windows Mail Live

I had 800CCC0F error code with Windows Mail Live. What I did I opened
Advanced tag on Connection Settings and unchecked "This server requires an
encrypted connection (SSL)" on Incoming server (POP3) and "This server
requires an encrypted connection (SSL)" on Outgoing server (SMTP) checkboxes.
    After that it went through.

So what you're saying it that you had the incorrect settings for your
unnamed server and by entering the correct settings, the problem went
away. Makes sense. Not every server uses the same settings so this is not
    a fix for everyone.
