Default Security Dialog Box

The message "Do you want to show only web pages with secure..." is backwards
in its logic and very confusing.

Needs to say something like "Do you want to block this insecure content?"

This is such an onerous violation of Microsoft's own usability standards
that I am looking to turn off the security setting that generates this
message.
