Win7 Load driver Installation problem

I have 1 SATA Disk and 1 IDE Disk i use the IDE for backups of games movies etc etc and last time i reinstalled my 7 was maybe a month ago and i wanna reinstall it again cause right now every word i type the computer freezes so yea it pises me off and i updated my dvd drive gh22ns30 to 2.00 *my graphic card to 195 the newest nvidia update and my bios is a bit complicated O.o can anyone help me out?

and my processor is amd phenomx3 triple core wich im sure its x32 bit :)
