ATI Radeon 7500 driver and windows 7 aero

Hi,

I loaded my IBM thinkpad t42 with windows 7 Ultimate today, problem I have is that apparantly this graphic card or driver doesnt support aero??

I get this error

The current video card may support Aero with a driver that is compliant with the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM).* Contact the manufacturer of your computer or video card for a WDDM-compatible driver.

Video card driver does not support aero effect

Please can someone point me in the right directions, as I cannot stand the basic look of windows 7,
